On view for 2026 as part of the America 250 at Tudor Place programs, Founding Fortunes: The Estate Sale of Martha Washington. 

This exhibit is designed to be self-guided. Staff and volunteer docents will be available to answer any questions that visitors have about the exhibit and the history of Tudor Place. 

The first exhibit entry time is at 10:00 a.m. Last entry time is 3:15 p.m. an visitors should plan to view the garden before the exhibit. Entry to the garden after 3:30 p.m. is not permitted. The grounds close at 4:00 p.m. 

To ensure that all visitors have an engaging experience, the number of visitors in the space is limited.
